    If the negative reviews on here are true it is similar to my experience I had with regards to interactions. I have not purchased a car here in the end but to give the company a chance to look at how they treat visitors is something I felt compelled to write here. I would feel uncomfortable buying a car from here for two main reasons, when being asked questions about the condition and parts of the car which seemed excellent overall but because I was with an elder that is more detail orientated it felt like the seller was quick to be demeaning or annoyed by the questions asked almost sulk like. Or given pure silent treatment. If you are in the business of selling I don’t think it’s a big deal to have questions asked about the cars . When I asked questions it , when answered to a couple times it was short and annoyed like . When my elder asked about service history he showed them but constantly felt like he was fed up or like he felt we wasn’t serious. I get the feeling he judges people quite quickly and is fed up of people viewing cars which is the point of a dealership, or you have something to hide . Literally he seemed cheery to begin with but very odd and cold quickly when asked simple car questions. When taking for a test drive (reluctantly allowed to) as other reviewers you can only go a short distance down the toad , since he said it’s not insured I assume on my name or maybe insured overall. Who knows , but he seemed nervous which made me nervous. When I test drive other cars I don’t feel this energy. The problem with that where they are based is the road is so tight your practically crawling in and around car’s at under 20 mph if that. If they are concerned then they should offer to sit or drive the car for longer distances or insure third party users but perhaps smaller companies don’t have the want to do so like the bigger dealerships. Either way I felt a presumption that we wasn’t ready to buy but not being able to test on a normal road 30mph isn’t inspiri

    It should be no star if there is this option. I admitted that this was not good to ask if it is possible to have a discount before I pay, but I asked politely! The man told me there were other customers who were also interested in the car in return immediately. I finally paid and had the car delivered to me. As this is the first car of mine, and I am not familiar with cars, I asked, according to the advertisement stated it came with full services records, where the latest services record was since I could only find the attached services records from the manufacturer up to 19/20 which were detailed records. As I said, I am not familiar with cars, I asked my Uncle for helping me to communicate with the garage, the man called me back after talked to my Uncle, and blamed that why I asked someone who was not the one who buy the car, and told me he could get the car back, and told me once again there were other customers who were also interested in the car. I eventually found that the latest services record which was actually only a simple receipt from another garage next to them, telling me that a service was done, that's all! I bought the car on 27 April 2021, I had provided two different addresses, one for the car delivery while the other one as a billing address. I found from the DVLA my V5C logbook was issued on 9 May 2021, but I still have not received it until now! Tried to contact the garage many many times asking for a simple answer about which address did they use when sending the application to DVLA, THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE sky autos ltd. PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

    Awful and discrimination !

    I called this garage and booked for a test drive of 2 cars. But when I arrived, the cars were not at all prepared, still parked among several cars inside. I was alone and a woman. The salesman started to ask if I was serious to buy. I said yes, but I wanted to try first. Then he said that I should come with another accompany or a mechanic. He kept assuming that I was not able to buy or make the decision of purchase. And refused to let me do the test drive if I'm not serious in buying. I felt being discriminated as a woman and alone. Awful experience, unprofessional and to avoid.

    you have arrived 1 hour after your appointment, you r excuse was the traffic, you have asked me to view 2 cars and test drive the one that you would like to go with, when you arrived 1 hour late, you have asked me to test drive 3 cars, we have asked you to wait (we were serving 4 customers at our showroom when you arrived late) or come tomorrow morning, you have refused both options. we cant offer test drive for 3 cars at a finger click, but unfortunately rude people like you cannot understand that. accusing us with discrimination is really unaccepted, you are completely lying here, when you arrived at our showroom, we were serving a family, 2 senior ladies, a young lady with her mother, that's why we've asked you to wait because you were late.

    Awful experience

    I called about a car I'd seen listed and asked to test drive so booked an appointment for test drive a few days later. Called on the morning to make sure the car was still available and test driving was still okay (said I wanted to see what it's like in traffic and on a motorway or main road) and was told yeah no problem. When I got there I was allowed to do 2 laps of a tiny crowded business park, not able to go over 20mph (that was the speed limit in there). As I'm buying to commute I needed to try the car on a proper road, but when I asked could we spend more than 5 minutes doing a couple of laps of the business park, I was told no,I'd need to make a proper appointment. Explained I drove 1.5hrs to get there and was hoping to but the car that day, but no luck. Waste of time, and has me thinking why did they not want me going over 20miles an hour in it. Although there was a 6 month warranty, if there was a problem with the car, based on first experience with them I certainly wouldn't rely on them taking the time to fix it.
