expressed interested in a car and arranged to view, they had the car washed and ready for me to drive. Hassan was very friendly and told me what he could about the car, they had serviced the car , new clutch etc . viewed all receipts . i decided to buy the car and the transaction was great. did a party exchanged and got a good price for my car.. was explained everything and got a warranty etc.. A week later i noticed a hairline crack in the coolant reserve at the top. i contracted them 4:30pm that afternoon , send photos and they told me to come in and they will replace.. got a text the next day that the part had arrived. took her in, the part was changed while we waited. met the machanic who did it and he was very friendly and did the job and i was off 1 hour later …. This is the kind of service every dealership should strive for.. Thank you so much ..

Bought a VW golf from them, i had a problem with the clutch on the first day, they offered to repair it which they did but it still had a sound coming from the clutch. 8-9 months later it now needs 4 new tyres as the cheap ones they used to pass the MOT were long gone and needs a new engine rebuild which will cost lots. Don't recommend.

Very bad attitude and aggression towards me when I took my car back as it was miss firing. Left the car with them and they had it 10 weeks and kept telling me it will be ready this week for 10 weeks. They stripped the engine to bits and left it all sitting in the car without covering any of the interior. And when I said enough is enough I want a refund they tried charging me £357 for the mileage I put on the car when I had it only 2 weeks. Very badly run would not recommend to anyone to buy from this garage

Brilliant service! As a young woman I am always put off going to car garages. Sky Autos made me feel comfortable viewing the car and negotiating an offer. Really recommend this garage.

My experience was unreal. I was given fantastic service, a gentleman by the name Adele was fantastic. He was super helpful and super friendly as much as the other staff were. My first time at the dealership and I am so happy with the outcome. Adele was determined to get me the best offer. I told him I wanted to leave with the car same day and he did that. Made sure I got what I wanted. The staff were catering, whenever I needed something or any questions answered, they were there. I have so much to say. But overall I am so satisfied. Would definitely recommend this place. Honestly, job well done and keep it going.

I purchased a BMW 218 Active Tourer about a week ago from Sky Autos and my experience has been fantastic. Hassan and his team were extremely helpful and reassured me both before and after buying the car that I can come back any time if there is an issue and they will be more than happy to carry out the necessary repairs. A few days after buying my car, I did have a couple issues and I took the car back to them . The team reassured me that they will fix the issues and they did fix it brilliantly. The car drives flawlessly and I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from here.
