Highly recommend Sky Autos. I brought a lovely BMW during May bank holiday weekend and what can I say… amazing service from start to finish and more… first speaking with Hassan he is very professional, friendly and informative. I was able to pop down at my convenience to look at the car in depth. Hassan was able to answer more questions, there was no pressure to give an answer about buy the car. The following day I requested a test drive and met with Adel and decided to purchase the car at easy, Adel was very helpful and supportive completing and providing documents. 2 months on and the after care is excellent, I have been able to contact the team with queries and very grateful for Hassan taking the time to look at the car and resolve at my convenience. I bought a car from here last weekend. The customer service and advice I was given were excellent, making the whole process really easy. The staff were highly professional, friendly and not at all pushy, unlike experiences I have had at other car dealerships. I am really pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Sky Autos.

expressed interested in a car and arranged to view, they had the car washed and ready for me to drive. Hassan was very friendly and told me what he could about the car, they had serviced the car , new clutch etc . viewed all receipts . i decided to buy the car and the transaction was great. did a party exchanged and got a good price for my car.. was explained everything and got a warranty etc.. A week later i noticed a hairline crack in the coolant reserve at the top. i contracted them 4:30pm that afternoon , send photos and they told me to come in and they will replace.. got a text the next day that the part had arrived. took her in, the part was changed while we waited. met the machanic who did it and he was very friendly and did the job and i was off 1 hour later …. This is the kind of service every dealership should strive for.. Thank you so much ..
