Upon our arrival we were greeted well and in a friendly manner. We were able to test drive our vehicle and ask whatever questions we had. However once the purchase of my Hyundai i130 was complete, we realised there was no service book and when asked it was told it will be emailed to us. After a number of emails and calls did we actually receive this. Additionaly a few items on the vehicle were not in order such as the back wiper and no parcel shelf present. Essentially Sky Autos after sale service was not so great and it would have been appreciated if we had received some response after our several emails and calls.

When we turned up to test drive a vehicle from this garage they insisted on 'resetting' the vehicle with the mechanics tablet prior to us taking it out. The member of staff told us outright it was to turn off the engine warning light because 'he knows what the problem is' (no mention of fixing it though) - huge red flag. The vehicle was also advertised as having a full service history however when we called the dealer that supposedly serviced it, they had no history of the vehicle. They only let us test drive the vehicle along a very short, slow road, so god knows what sort of problems would have cropped up during the 2.5 hour drive home from there had we have purchased. All in all, exactly what people warn you to look out for in a used car garage. Luckily we didn't purchase from them and I would advise other people to do the same.

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, very easy purchase of the car and they even offered to sort out the mats that were missing and gave it a good clean/valet before I left. Highly recommend
