When we turned up to test drive a vehicle from this garage they insisted on 'resetting' the vehicle with the mechanics tablet prior to us taking it out. The member of staff told us outright it was to turn off the engine warning light because 'he knows what the problem is' (no mention of fixing it though) - huge red flag. The vehicle was also advertised as having a full service history however when we called the dealer that supposedly serviced it, they had no history of the vehicle. They only let us test drive the vehicle along a very short, slow road, so god knows what sort of problems would have cropped up during the 2.5 hour drive home from there had we have purchased. All in all, exactly what people warn you to look out for in a used car garage. Luckily we didn't purchase from them and I would advise other people to do the same.

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, very easy purchase of the car and they even offered to sort out the mats that were missing and gave it a good clean/valet before I left. Highly recommend

I had an issue with the transmission in my car and they were really kind and helped me replace my battery and fixed the issue at a really good rate as well. 100% would recommend this garage.

I brought my Mokka car in March with sky auto. From the start, the car had problems. I even asked to return it to which they begged me for a chance for them to fix it and I was dumb and said yes. The car was more than 5 times going back and forth from the repairs with them and always giving problems.. I stopped using the warranty they gave me of 6 months because there is no point. I decided to take it to Vauxhall and only discovered more problems. I bought the car for £11400 and have already spent over £1500 on fixing it. Of these 6 months with the car, it has spent more than 3 months on repairs, without me being able to use it . I'm getting rid of the car (making me loose a lot of money) I just got a lot of trouble, sleepless nights and expenses. Customer service is also terrible, (not to say none existing) They don’t reply to emails. When Phoning them, they seem to not know how to sort anything. they look like they don’t know what they are doing. AVOID
