Visited the garage to view a car advertised online, the two staff working there knew nothing about the car, were unable to answer any of our questions, didn’t check or ask to see our licences before going on a test drive, sat on his phone texting with headphones in throughout the test drive when we tried to get some information on the car - when we opened the bonnet the engine etc was filthy dirty, they didn’t know the service history on it - would absolutely not recommend. Did not feel safe to part ways with my money for any car in that garage. No customer service whatsoever.

We purchased a 2016 Peugeot 308 from Sky Autos, which was listed as in excellent condition with 2 former owners & Full Service HistoryThe car was far from being in immaculate condition, with extensive damage to the alloy wheels and bodywork, which had not been pointed out in videos they sent us of the car. I had that AA inspect the vehicle and discovered a major oil leak, rendering the car unfit to drive. We live 200+ miles from Sky Autos and had to have the car towed away to a local garage to have the oil leak repaired. When I complained to Sky Autos, they became abusive and unhelpful and refused to cover the cost of the repair. The warranty we received for the car would not have covered any engine damage caused by the oil leak, as the seller Sky Autos had let the vehicle leave in this conditionSami in particular was confrontational, aggressive and lacked any type of customer service skills.When the vehicle V5 eventually arrived, it documented three former owners, not the two listed in the ad. I would never use this company again and would urge anyone looking for a car to read all previous reviews for Sky Autos.

Dealer made us wait around for 2.5 hours to then sell the vehicle to someone else without even so much as an apology. Time wasters and unprofessional.

Purchased a vehicle from Sky Autos and the process from start to finish has been so smooth. Hassan dealt with me very professionally and was extremely helpful. Cannot recommend Sky Autos and Hassan enough! Do not hesitate in using Sky Autos, will be using them again in the future!

I bought my Volvo V40 in the last march from sky autos. Hasan was helpful and constructive. I noticed an oil leakage problem 3 days after the purchase, Hasan and Sami handled the issue professionally and figured it out. I waited until the end of waranty. So far so good...

I've had the pleasure of buying my 1st car from these guys. Car was in pristine condition and a great price. 8 weeks after purchasing I had a problem with the car and without questioning these guys took my car in and fixed it under warranty. I explained to them how important the car was to me and needed and they had it all done within 4 days . Amazing Service and Great Guys. Would definitely recommend.
