Very disappointed, I had a very bad customer experience in this location. First of all we called to see a GS300 today and do a test drive with it. Visually the car was great and we asked for a test drive. They asked us if we are sure we want to buy the car, and we said we need to test drive it before deciding. They insisted that before the test drive we should be sure we want to buy it, so they showed us the paper work they had for the car. we’ve seen some advisories about the adaptive rear shock absorbers. When test driving it, I could not feel anything in the back, however the steering wheel was a bit hard on turning and there was some knocking on the front. When I asked if I can check the car on my own expense at a main dealer or garage nearby, the salesman became very rude and almost kick me out saying the car is only 5k and what do I expect? In my opinion I was asking pertinent questions politely, but even if I wasn’t, the response I had was very disrespectful and ended up not buying from them.
